ON PERMANENT EXHIBIT – Opening 30th of November

Presenting the Maestro Potter Dan Leonette, aka @rakuman1941. Dan left Santa Barbara for the Swedish Island of Gotland over 40 years ago has been developing his techniques with different firing methods ever since. Dan is a sought after mentor and teacher of his craft and people come from far to participate in his pottery workshops and visit his gallery.
Nowadays Dan works exclusively with postfired raku, matt coppers, naked raku and peel-off. He also burns low firing, sawdust and sags.
I fell in love with Dan’s work during our exhibit  @gallerisandstrom in Falköping this Spring and am so honored to soon have a beautiful collection of his work on permanent exhibit in my studio gallery.
